Refund Policy

Summary

We want you to be happy with Interviewr. If something isn't right, email hello@interviewr.co.uk and we'll do our best to make it right. The specifics below explain what you're entitled to.

Monthly subscriptions (Premium, Civil Service Pro)

  • You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
  • If you were charged and never used the service in that billing period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.
  • Partial-month refunds are not provided once you've used the service in that period.

Founding Member — Lifetime (£39.99 one-time)

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided you have not made extensive use of the paid features (a small amount of trial usage is fine).
  • After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • If we ever discontinue Interviewr, Founding Members will be notified in advance and offered a fair pro-rata refund.

UK consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Digital content typically loses the 14-day cooling-off right once you start using it, but we honour the 14-day refund window above regardless.

How to request a refund

Email hello@interviewr.co.uk from the address linked to your account. Include the date of purchase and a short note on why you're requesting a refund. We aim to respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in your account being closed.
