The service

Interviewr provides AI-generated interview practice for UK job seekers, including Civil Service Success Profiles preparation. The service is provided "as is" — features may evolve as we improve the product. Interviewr is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Northern Ireland Civil Service, UK Civil Service, or any government body.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Interviewr. By creating an account you confirm you meet this age requirement.

AI-generated content

Interview questions and coaching are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Use them as a practice aid, not as professional career advice. You are responsible for evaluating the output before relying on it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription for a refund, unless you have already started using the paid features — by purchasing you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge you lose the right to cancel once digital content has been supplied.
• Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice; changes will not affect the current paid period.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't try to abuse, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Don't use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Don't resell or redistribute generated content as your own commercial product.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interviewr is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where that limit is not permitted by UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.

If something's gone wrong, email hello@interviewr.co.uk with the details and we'll respond within 5 working days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal data, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
